The Story Behind Phixion

Founder – Fergus Henderson

I started Phixion in 2024 while living in Manchester after moving from Scotland and seeing the lack of non established leisurewear brands that had a great fit. Like a lot of people who train hard and still want to enjoy life, I was struggling to find clothing that actually fit my lifestyle. I wanted gym wear that looked good enough to wear out, was made well, and didn’t cost a fortune, but I couldn’t find the right fit.

So I decided to create it.

Phixion officially launched in 2025, built for people like me. People who care about how they train, how they look, and how they live. Every piece is designed to show off your hard work in the gym, while still looking smart wherever the day takes you. Whether you’re working out, chilling, or heading out after a session - Phixion’s made to fit.

We use ethical fabrics that are locally sourced and finished, and every item is made to perform hard and wear easy. It's kit that feels good on your body and good in your conscience.

The Meaning

Phixion is a play on the word Fiction. Something imagined, created, and written by you.

We chose the name because every fitness journey starts as a story. Maybe it’s a version of yourself you haven’t become yet. Maybe it’s a goal that seems out of reach. At first, it’s fiction.

But Phixion is about the process of building that story. It’s a reminder that your story is your progress, your transformation, your lifestyle.

We designed our clothing to make you feel and look good through every step of that process. Whether you're training, recovering, or socialising after the gym, Phixion is with you. Because it’s more than clothing, it’s a Journey.
